I bought this product and used it. It killed the nutsedge without killing the surrounding grass.
Worked the first time but have another application just in case it comes back or moves to
another area. So far we haven't had to use the second application.

I've always pulled out the Nutsedge... Everyone has it but doesn't know what it was. My buddy called it Onion Grass and doesn't know how to get rid of it. I sprayed it on in the last week of August. It didn't looked like anything was happening but, on the 8th day you could definitely see the change. All the Nutsedge Grass was turning dull yellow. I even sprayed it over the neighbors yard about 3 feet in because he doesn't take care of his lawn at all and he's probably wondering why his So-called grass is turning yellow. Hah.
I'll be buying another batch next spring to make sure I've definitely knocked it all out.

This product works inconsistently, sometime kills nutsedge
and others remain healthy and not affected Would like something
that would kill the weed and not have to repeat application.

How To Use NEW Sedgehammer+ Formula Open packet and pour into 1 gallon of water. Swirl or mix the solution thoroughly. One packet will cover 1,000 sq ft. DO NOT add any non-ionic surfactant - it is already included in the packet for easy mixing. While spraying, periodically swirl or shake the mixture to keep the product evenly distributed in the water. Do not store the mixed solution as it will degrade and become ineffective.
